2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return the product. Bubsigownie is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing
